A quirky screenprint of birds and elephants. Please note that the direction of the pattern is printed across the gain. This means that the birds and elephants are on their side with the grain of the fabric. You would need to cut your pattern pieces across the grain for the motif to be in an upright direction. This is a soft, light-weight cotton which would make a beautiful shirt. Perfect for tops, dresses, pajamas and lightweight breezy curtains.
- Please note: Indian hand-printed cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
- This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.
We cut in 1/4 yard increments. The amount available refers to how many quarter yard increments we have in stock.
To choose the amount you want enter the number of quarter yard increments you need (rest assured we will cut your cloth in one piece). Example: If you would like 2.5 yards, enter "10" in the box.
