Shipping
We strive to fulfill and ship online orders quickly, but during a sale it may take us a little longer to get packages out.
Shipping cost is calculated by weight at check-out. Sometimes the actual cost is lower and if so, we will refund any shipping overage.
We can ship to most countries outside the United States but if you don't see shipping rates for your country you can email us at orders@ewefibers.com.
We are not responsible for any import duties or other taxes.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS and sometimes UPS from our shop in Charlottesville, VA. Pickup is also available for local customers.
Once received, orders will ship within 4-6 business days or within 2 business days for local pick-up orders. Please note that orders placed during a sale period may take longer. Any lead times posted at checkout are only an estimate. The day your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.
Once a package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you locate it or arrange a replacement.

Returns
Yarn: within 90 days, unwound, original tags intact.
Fabric: no returns on cut yardage.
Needles, books, patterns: no returns.
Clearance Items: are final sale, no returns
Everything else: within 30 days, original tags/packaging intact.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please let us know if there is a problem with your order and we will do our best to make it right. When making a return for online orders, we do not refund the original shipping charges and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once the returned item is received in the shop a refund will be issued. We recommend sending items USPS Priority Mail so the package can be tracked and is insured.
