We are huge fans of True Bias's Marlo Sweater, and have made multiple versions in all sorts of fabrics form the shop! One version that always gets noticed is Jessamy's Grandpa-style cardigan in our Lana Bollito Viscose Wool. Lana Bolito is a lightweight boucle wool/viscose blend, giving it a snuggly nubby texture, while still having a lovely drape from the viscose. While technically, not a "stretch' fabric it has enough natural stretch to make sewing all of the hems and bindings possible. When sewing the shawl collar you will use the longer pattern piece.
Our Marlo Sweater bundle comes with material and notions to sew your own cozy Marlo:
- enough fabric to sew your chosen size and view of the Marlo (use our chart below to help you pick!)
- 4 - rimmed edge corzo buttons
- 1/2 yard of Tricot Interfacing
- 100M of Gutterman matching thread
