Pattern Details:
This is a confident beginner pattern. Pattern comes in standard or curvy so it has a generous size range.
The low front and back V-necklines and narrow straps were designed to cover bra straps.
There are two pocket options, three hem finishes, two waist finishes and two hem lengths, you can mix and match any of the version's features.
You can see all of the dress views and see sizing information on the Sew House Seven website.

Our Sewing Experience:
Deren sewed Version #3 with Pocket A fo her dress in the Toffee color. She sewed a straight size 6 to fit her 36" bust. The shoulder straps were shortened 1/2" from the recommended length and the bodice lining was shortened 1" to raise it to Deren's natural waistline. Finally, since Deren is only 5'1" the dress length was shortened 4.5".
Sew House Seven patterns are always a dream to sew and this one does not disappoint. The lined bodice gives the dress a lovely finish and the pocket construction also adds great detail options.
Sewing with a striped fabric is quite easy here, since the front and back pieces of the dress are cut as single pieces. One tip is to fold the fabric along the center stripe when cutting the pieces out. This way you know you are on grain and the stripe will be centered on the front and back v-neck.
